INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PRINCIPALS / CHIEF SUPERINTENDENTS FOR
DOWNLOADING ONLINE HALL TICKETS AND NOMINAL ROLLS
Instructions to the Principals
1. It is decided to issue hall-tickets online. In view of this the principals of the colleges are authorized
to down load hall tickets of all the students those who have applied for supplementary
examinations including old batches through respective College logins.
2. The principals are required to sign and affix principal seal/stamp on the downloaded hall ticket
and then issue to the candidates. (Note: Hall tickets without principal signature are not valid).
3. Principals are advised NOT TO ISSUE DUPLICATE HALL TICKETS. However, in case
candidate loses his hall ticket the principal has to ensure that the candidate is not booked under
malpractice. The Principal can issue a duplicate hall ticket only after the candidate produces a
letter from the Chief Superintendent stating that the candidate is not booked under malpractice.
4. There may be some hall-tickets without photographs. The principals have to ensure the identity of
the candidate and see that the candidate’s passport size photograph is affixed on the downloaded
Hall-ticket. Take two copies of the Hall ticket, issue one to the candidate and other to the center.
The original hall ticket is to be retained by the principal to be forwarded to the examination
branch.
Instructions to the Chief Superintendents
1. Center Superintends are requested to down load center copies of the following :
 Nominal rolls containing photographs
 D-forms of the examinations of all the days
 Attendance statement of the examinations of all the days
2. In case any candidate is booked under malpractice his hallticket number is to be deleted by striking
the HT numbers with red ink from all the D-forms and attendance statement of the remaining
examinations. Also mention against the number “Booked under MP”. The candidates HT number
should not be allotted in the examination hall for remaining examinations.
